The Powerball jackpot is up to $435 million for Saturday after Wednesday night's drawing failed to produce a victor. The odds of winning the jackpot with a $1 ticket are 1-in-258.9 million.

A $1 million winning Powerball ticket expires at 5 p.m. Thursday.

Powerball tickets for tonight's drawing can be purchased throughout the state and online at MichiganLottery.com until 9:45 p.m. for $2 each.

Lottery officials said the ticket was sold for the December 10, 2016 drawing and purchased at Dollar & Dollars in the 3400 block of Webb Chapel Ext.in northwest Dallas. Players select five white numbers from (1 to 69) and one red ball (1 to 26) Tickets cost $2 each.

One winning ticket in New Jersey matched four numbers and the Powerball, good for a $50,000 prize, which could be tripled if the ticket holder added the Power Play. Players may select their own numbers or let the terminal make the selection for them via a Quick Pick (QP) ticket.

The cash option prize is estimated at $273.1 million. The others are worth $1 million apiece.
