The youngster exploded onto the Premier League scene on debut for Everton, scoring in the Merseyside club's 4-0 win over Manchester City last season.

The club-record signing of Giroud's France team-mate Alexandre Lacazette left his future up in the air. I was very close to another English club - Everton - but I think I made the best choice, ' Giroud told French broadcasters Canal Football Club prior to Tuesday's final World Cup qualifier against Belarus.
