But there are conflicting reports about whether Simpson, 70, was drunk at the time, which would be a parole violation.

The Juice got loose at a Las Vegas hotel - getting booted after a scuffle at the bar late Wednesday, according to a report.

"We're told Simpson was angry at hotel staff and glasses broke at the bar", TMZ reported, adding, "Security showed up and removed Simpson from the hotel".

FYI, the Juice got way too loose Wednesday night at the Cosmo - getting escorted out by hotel security before being slapped with a permanent ban. The outlet notes that he's been permanently banned from the Cosmopolitan. He served almost nine years (of his 33-year prison sentence) for leading a group of men in 2007 to a Las Vegas hotel room, where sports memorabilia was stolen at gunpoint.

Simpson's attorney, Malcolm LaVergne confirmed on Thursday that Simpson received a trespass notice from The Cosmopolitan hotel-casino.

Prosecutors said that Simpson led a group of men who used threats, guns and force to take photographs, footballs and other items from memorabilia dealers Bruce Fromong and Al Beardsley on September 13, 2007.
